Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its welcoming primary care team in Seattle's vibrant Queen Anne neighborhood. This full-time, co-managed role offers a balanced clinical day with time dedicated to both direct patient care and InBasket management support—creating a sustainable, team-based practice environment.

- Full-time, 1.0 FTE position
- 5-day work week
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure primary care experience required
- Compensation is between $134,768 and $193,898 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Swedish Medical Group is an integrated team of more than 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians serving the greater Seattle area. As part of Swedish Health System, medical group providers benefit from centralized system support and a shared EMR (Epic).
